AMERICAN PRIDE and PAPERCUTS - a new class and pattern I’ll be teaching in November 2026 at Houston Quilt Festival

Just wanted to let you know the details of my JULY 1, 2026 (noon central) FREE BOM. I am really LOVING the “makeover” of my original 2010 “Symphony of Blue Wreaths” quilt, now using a dark background and using my “Broderie Perse-lique” technique. I won’t be duplicating the quilt with all of the wired and unwired ribbon work, but will certainly share some of those techniques; just ask!

I’m so excited to be an AFFILIATE for CUTTERPILLAR!!! I am beyond thrilled with their light boxes and other products and have used them for a long time. You know that I don’t trace patterns onto my background; I just trace all the templates from the pattern and when they are made, I use my oversized Cutterpillar Glow Ultra to lay pieces right onto the background, marking only for stem placement and embroidery, if needed. Really saves time! And the upgraded lighting is actually letting me see right through my black background that I am making the Block of the Month with! A note about my FREE BOM - normally this pattern would sell for $6 per month/13 months or as a full set for $40.
